My husband and I contracted Padula Builders to do a renovation and addition during the spring/summer of 2006. It was quite an extensive undertaking and we needed to remain living in the house during construction. Each day the workers would arrive promptly at 7:30 a.m. and begin work. They were always courteous, respectful and congenial during the entire 8 months of their employ in my home. All materials were ordered in a timely fashion and came from equally professional establishments. We never experienced delays or periods of time where work was not being done on my premises. I felt very comfortable with the sub-contractors, e.g.plumbers, HVAC, electricians, painters, drywall installers, siding etc. We were totally pleased with the professionalism and attention to detail that Lou Padula showed and he personally inspected the site on a regular basis. He may not have been the cheapest bid we received but we feel we got the highest level of work and have no regrets. The job was finished right on time and we even got to celebrate Christmas in our newly remodeled home. Thank you Lou!
